Questions about AI agents, LLMs & data
Will our data be used to train other companies’ models?
No. Data you give us is used only for your project. We don’t use it to train models for anyone else, and private hosting keeps it inside your own environment.
Which AI models do you work with?
Both commercial and open-source models. We choose based on accuracy, cost, language support and where your data has to stay, and can change models later without rebuilding the whole system.
How do you stop an AI agent making mistakes?
We test it against real examples before launch, add guardrails and limits on what it can do, keep a person in the loop for important actions, and monitor it after launch.
Can the agent work in Arabic?
Yes. We build chat and voice agents that work in English and Arabic.
